Hydrated Fuel Ethanol

JW has solidified its position as a leader in the Hydrated Fuel Ethanol industry, successfully developing over 65 operational plants that collectively produce an impressive 35 million liters per day. This expertise distinguishes JW in both national and international markets, where its products are designed in accordance with standards established by the National Petroleum Agency (ANP), characterized by a personalized approach to meet the specific needs of each customer.

The technology is versatile enough to cover a wide range of ethanol concentrations in fermentation, catering to both lower and higher levels. Production capacities vary significantly, ranging from 90,000 liters per day to 1,300,000 liters per day, demonstrating the adaptability of JW's projects to meet diverse market demands.

One distinctive feature of JW's equipment is the option of indirect heating in the Stripping Columns, using thermosiphon or falling film evaporators. This approach not only enhances process efficiency but also results in a notable reduction in vinasse volume extraction, contributing to more sustainable and environmentally responsible practices.

Our projects are adaptable to different operational conditions, capable of operating under both atmospheric pressure and vacuum. Atmospheric pressure projects are characterized by lower investment costs, fractional extraction, and greater operational flexibility. On the other hand, vacuum projects offer savings in steam consumption, decreased equipment fouling, and the ability to operate at lower temperatures.

This versatility highlights JW's ability to provide customized solutions that balance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability for its clients.
